No way it's that much of a blowout if it were to happen again.

As far as the "Cena not evolving" thing goes, I don't fault him for that. As the face of the company during a dark period, he gets too much of the blame. He was the clear choice for the future of the company when he was a midcarder and his faults as a character came as soon as WWE decided to revolve around him. I honestly think if Jericho were ever put in the position to be face of the company, he would have suffered in a very similar fashion and become stale immediately. If you're running the show and you're looking for a guy to be the face of the company, I think Cena's got that mainstream appeal "it factor" in droves.
