The Daily Beast recently wrote an article revealing some details about why he never got charged. Deadspin's David Bixenspan brought some public attention to this report on Twitter.
In a way it sort of undermines Vince's "purity" requirements for XFL players since as the league's only owner, he has his own shady and questionable past. Also wouldn't be surprised if Deadspin is working on their own report about the salon incident and Vince's history with sexual harassment allegations.
