I wouldn't. The Joker storyline will be continued in upcoming issues of Batman by Scott Snyder. Tony Daniel just set it up with Detective Comics #1. Detective Comics has pretty much sucked in the New 52. Tony Daniels is not a very good writer, but luckily some new guy is writing Detective now.
