3) CD Projekt Red is currently dealing with some backlash in regards to trademarking the word "cyberpunk" for their upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 game. The company claimed it was done to ensure future games could use the word and will only go after those who purposely try to confuse customers if they use the word for their own games.

4) Gearbox currently dealing with some backlash in regards to how they handled their partnership with key reseller G2A. First tried to claim they were unaware of G2A's bad reputation as a key reseller store, then did an ultimatum to G2A as a way to shift blame away from themselves for the deal, and then claimed it was developer People May Fly and not them that wanted the partnership.
