3) Konami is currently facing a lawsuit from former soccer player Diego Maradona in regards to claims of Konami using his likeness without permission for Pro Evolution Soccer '17 MyClub mode.

4) According to reports, the PS4 Share feature for Persona 5 has been disabled with the official reason related to Atlus not wanting people to spoil any part of the game using the PS4. The feature was originally blocked with the Japanese version late last year and Atlus is keeping the share embargo intact with the Western version as well.
