There has been talk that Alundra Blayze may handle some interviews at the tournament.
Nikki Matthews is also in Florida for the tournament which brings the total amount of women known to be there up to 34. PWInsider was told there would be about 40 talents in Orlando for the tournament including potential alternates.

Other notable guests at the tapings included Ronda Rousey, Cjarlotte, Mike & Maria Kanellis, Bayley, HBK, and rumors of Trish Stratus and Rock arriving to see the tournament.

Speaking of the 7/12 tapings, one person there noted to us a strange almost backfire of sorts revolving around Mauro Ranallo. At the tapings, the crowd was mostly quiet again. We’re told in some places if fans started to make noise, other fans would tell them to be quiet because the building is so small and Ranallo talks so loud that if there’s no crowd noise, you can hear the commentary, and a lot of the live fans want to hear the commentary

Dave Meltzer discussed WWE's decision to do a Fatal Five-Way Elimination Match to crown a new number one contender for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship at their upcoming Battleground pay-per-view on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio. During the segment, Meltzer revealed WWE is currently planning to do a RAW four-way women's match at SummerSlam when asked if he can believe that WWE is doing a five-way women's match at Battleground.
The Fatal Five-Way Elimination Match at Battleground is set to feature Charlotte Flair vs. Lana vs. Becky Lynch vs. Tamina Snuka vs. Natalya on July 23rd in Philadelphia.
Meltzer provided an explanation for WWE booking multiple person matches, explaining they're able to protect people without having to write strong personal storylines.
"Well, you know, that's what they're doing a lot of right now," Meltzer stated. "The thing with multi-person matches is you can always gimmick the finishes so nobody has to lose and it's easier for the bookers when you do that and plus when you have multiple person matches, inherently you're not going to do strong personal storylines so you don't have to worry about writing good stories because you know, you can do a little heat where they're all mad at each other, but that's all you can do in a multiple person match."

He was also legit not happy at the breakup of the team, because in reality, it’s hard to see what his prospects are on his own given the way he’s been portrayed as a guy who is a joke when facing real competition
Cass has some heat, particularly with his views on politics as he’s a strong Trump supporter in a locker room where many don’t share those views, but management is super high on him and unlike with Enzo, the reaction of the wrestlers to him will not affect his push, at least right now. But the reaction to him is pale compared to that of Enzo

This is in reference to the opening video package of this week's SD Live.
It should be noted, and I'm gonna say this from firsthand, some of those are planted fan videos. When I was there at Summerslam (2011), I actually was sent into the crowd to film Kevin Nash on my cell phone so that we would have, and then we planted it on some fake Youtube account, but it was from the company. We planted fan footage.
...'cause clearly they knew a title change was gonna happen and I don't know if neccessarily every fan at ringside was just shooting at exactly the time the finish was coming. So maybe one or two of those, not to be unfair to the company, one or two of those might not be on the up.
