I'm not sure if he counts, but if he does, he's definitely on the list for me.

Honest to god - I was entertained by almost all of his matches when he was a heel.

Although Too Cool had some decent success as a Tag team back in 1999/2000 (around that time), I always secretly wished that Christopher would break away from Scotty 2 Hotty and have a decent heel run of sorts.
