Jericho has been very entertaining and has had some great matches, but he has never been a top guy. There is a reason he has so many IC title reigns.

His skill set has him a tier below the very top guys his whole career.

Don't see how you can justify him going over a massive star and icon of the business.

It would be like Mr Perfect going over Hulk Hogan.
