Yes. If there wasn't a minimum match attempts, there would be a lot of people who are undefeated and technically have the best winning percentage in WWE history. Including Lawrence Taylor and Jimmy Kimmel's cousin Sal.

And obviously when someone mentions "WWE history" they tend not to mean only since the name was changed to "WWE". So Josh Matthews is not 2-0.
