I'm going to assume that all improvements are mostly bullshit until I get my hands on it. Was so excited to see the personality sliders last year until I realised they did fuck all to the actual behaviour of that character. It was more a reflection of what they had done rather than their personality, as soon as they went to another rivalry, they acted different.
Promo engine is apparently in both career and universe though, so hopefully it lives up to its promise.
