I t hink both companies are trying to hard to cater to their fanbase to the point that they are making all their titles irrelevant. They need to go back a few steps for a bit and not worry about renumbering every few years or wiping the slate clean every 5-10. They need to start sticking to single issue storylines with the occasional multi and keep continuity a little less strict. When i was a young kid I picked up a comic because the cover interested me not because of the issue number or at times who was even in it.

Things got so messed up in the 90's and now the kids that were buying them in the 90's are repeating the same damn mistakes thst were made back then.
JAne Foster as Thor... good
Just about every supporting cast member ever as a Hulk.. Bad
Couple of X-titles good.... 15 bad
They need to stop mass publishing their top tier heroes and just give us quality
