They talked to a lot of former WWE employees including Donna Goldsmith, who was one of the leading people in the company, as well as Sally Presutto, who handled arena bookings, and Brian Gewirtz, who was head writer and now works for Dwayne Johnson.
Turns out Kevin Dunn tried in 2012 to get Shane attempt a hostile ownership takeover of the company in order to force Steph and Triple H out as future owners of the WWE. Been rumored for a while once they take over, Dunn is the first getting fired. Link to the article: https://sports.vice.com/en_us/articl...usiness-empire

An analysis of the report shows that WrestleMania 32 attendance was not, in fact, the 101,763 figure that WWE had been throwing around. It wasn't even in the six figures. According to the documents, the actual paid live attendance for the event was between 74,000 and 86,000. "As long as they don't lie about the financials, they aren't committing fraud," said Chris Harrington, an independent WWE business analyst.

WWE has been doing this for years. There is a discrepancy between attendance numbers submitted to the SEC and those touted in press releases for every single WrestleMania dating back to at least 2008, with an average inflation of about 15,000 spectators. And in 2001, respected wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer, writing for his publication Wrestling Observer Newsletter, reported that numbers for WrestleMania III, the event's previous longstanding record, were knowingly fudged. WWE boosted the numbers by more than 13,000 spectators. Meltzer claimed that Vince told him as much—that the numbers shown on television are for "entertainment purposes only."

Inflating attendance numbers exemplifies Vince's approach to the business, doing whatever it takes to maintain a certain image. Moreover, it continues to blur the line between WWE as a real-life, publicly traded corporation and the WWE that exists as it appears on television. Much like how Vince has created a fictionalized version of his family, he seems to have done the same with his company.
Part of Vice's article about the WWE and why the WWE doesn't suffer any legal problems by constantly lying about attendance numbers.

Plus he talked about his contract status in TNA, the management shakeup and his future

I had a nice talk with Joanie Laurer's mom yesterday. While Joanie had been estranged from her mother for much of her adult life, including the entirety of her WWE run, the two eventually made peace and had become quite close by the end of Joanie's life.

Joanie's mom is attempting to gain control of her daughter's estate – but is trying to do it on a very limited budget, and the legal costs are more than she can handle.

Don't be fooled by the word "estate" - there is not a lot of money left, if any. But Chyna's mom is attempting to do the right thing by allowing whatever personal effects she did leave behind to stay with the family and not with her manager, so that her family may finally be at peace with her loss.

Whatever help you can give will be much appreciated.

What’s notable is that Ron Harris, who was sued along with TNA and Aroluxe, wrote that he was never employed by Aroluxe or TNA during that time period and that “my last employment with TNA was almost ten years ago.” Jason Brown of Aroluxe also stated that they do not employ Ron Harris and he was never authorized to speak in their behalf. Of course, the Aroluxe web site had for a long time listed Ron & Don Harris both as key members of the team. In October, both Harris Brothers names were removed from the Aroluxe site, which would coincide with Anthem Entertainment and The Fight Network funding TNA’s last set of taping. Interestingly, Jason Brown himself is also no longer listed on the Aroluxe site anymore.
