Pretty much going to be the norm for a while with the WWE having a special guest and/or guest host every week for their shows. TLC having a guest for the pre-show panel was the start of it.

I was told you can expect a lot of talent acquisitions in the first quarter of 2017.

WWE already has a new crop of talents set to report to the Performance Center on 1/3. Heidi Lovelace, Kimber Lee, Nixon Newell and Cheree Crowley (aka Evie) are all expected to be signed and reporting on that date.

There is already another Performance Center tryout week set for early February.

Some other sheet news includes:
  • PWI currently speculating Dixie Carter is very likely leaving TNA within the near future once everything settles in with Antheme as the new boss of the company. Pretty much said owners/founders selling the company and then stay in charge in any meaningful way never happens in business. Was part of a Q&A article they do weekly.
  • Observer currently debunking rumors of frustration building up in RAW's Women's division based on WWE unwilling to end the Sasha-Charlotte feud and/or not giving more time to the brand's other female wrestlers. The stuff involving Naomi for Smackdown's Women's division wasn't debunked as being meant for potential future storylines though.
  • Sports Illustrated had a recent interview with Edge who revealed if it wasn't for health issues, he wanted to face Christian for his retirement match. http://www.si.com/extra-mustard/2016...shaq-bret-hart
  • Apparently WWE had issues with the cage used for NXT's house show in Melbourne, Australia. Cage itself ended up getting stuck during the lowering process and delayed the show as a result. https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCirc...rrently_stuck/
  • In a "WWE Did You Know" type fact, prior to being involved in the wrestling industry, Vince McMahon used to be a traveling salesman for encyclopedias. https://twitter.com/davemeltzerwon/s...35895823650816
