The investors stuff is Kojima mainly being upset at how much Konami kept pushing into the mobile and pachinko route at the cost of everything else which caused the split to happen. Neither route has really helped Konami and they picked a bad time to enter the pachinko market since it started its decline shortly afterwards.
Konami was getting pissed at how long MGS V was taking to develop and the amount of money being spent since they wanted to use the extra funds for pachinko related stuff instead. On one hand, they were right to be upset since Kojima wasn't getting any closer to finishing and the project was getting too expensive to continue while on the other hand, them clashing with developmental decisions is why the game starts to fall apart near the end.
