1) Capcom announces the Xbox One and PS4 digital versions of Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 will arrive on March 7 for $25 while the disc-based Xbox One and PS4 versions arrive on the same day but for $30.

2) Ubisoft announced they have recently purchased FreeStyleGames studio, developer of Guitar Hero Live, from Activision for an undisclosed fee and will be renamed to Ubisoft Leamington.
