Today's News:
1) According to a report from Digital River, the gaming industry has roughly tripled in value since the introduction of loot boxes and similar forms of microtransactions in games. The report also stated while companies have been benefiting a lot, it does come at a big trade-off since it also had lead to a bigger rise in key selling scams and fewer people willing to pay games at full cost ($60).

2) ESRB recently issued an official statement in favor of gaming companies in regards to the question if loot boxes should be considered as an actual form of gambling. ESRB's stance was since real money is not being betting and in-game content is always given as a prize, it can't be considered as gambling nor require regulation.

3) Michel Ancel recently teased on Instagram he wants to develop a new game in the Rayman series after development on both Wild and Beyond Good & Evil 2 are finished.
