- DCEU is completely fucked.
- Thanos is that dude.
- Loki went out as he lived, though a part of me would have liked seeing him accepted into the Black Order as a sleeper agent of sorts.
- I assume when they find some way to reverse the snappening, it won't count for deaths outside of that specific genocide.
- We're gonna know for certain whether "It's all connected" in terms of TV media. Agents, Defenders, Runaways, Cloak n Dagger - can't pretend this wasn't a thing.
- Thanos was wise to pull this after Odin and Ancient One died. In an odd sort of realism Thanos actually 'sold' well earned shots from certain heroes - showing under the rigbt circumstances he could be at least put on his ass with enough intelligent effort. Odin and Ancient One could have beaten Thanos together, though they'd have to before he completed the Gauntlet.
- It also would have been interesting if Hela survived Asgard (and honestly, Jury's out). She was a nigh unstoppable killing machine that Thor couldn't stop even after super sayijin mode.
- Red Skull, son of a bitch.
- If killing half of life is a solution, how's about snapping a universe 50% larger with more resourses? You Mad Titan, you.
- Exactly the original Avengers survived (with War Machine, Hawkeye??). Conversely, the most emotionally repressed Guardian is the only one to remain.
- Stark still ended up failing. Considering all his motivations post Avengers was exactly this scenario...
- Strange is playing a long game. That spell on the Time Stone was unbreakable and he'd never hand it over unless the one timeline they win began with that move.
- So... Nick Fury has some kind of space beeper to contact Captain fucking Marvel - a near Superman/Thor tier hero - and does so just now. On one hand now would be the damn time, on the other hand there are 10 years of mass death events he was privy to that she could have helped a great deal with.
- We all had Cap or Stark in the deadpool. Nope, says Marvel. Well done. Though we were correct Cap and Wolf wouldn't survive together. Triple swerve in that the two potential Captain Americas both ash away.
- Thanos retired like, "Yep. Job well done."
