The more I think about it, the more I think they might pull a switch here. The WWE are angling for that ITV deal. They will want a buzz about their product in England, so having the title change in England for the first time ever is something I could see them doing. Besides, I think it came out in the latest financial report that Jinder hasn't made a lick of difference in India, so it really doesn't matter if you send him in as champion or not. You can always send AJ and him in, which is probably more of a boost for the shows.
