They never stated which consoles the game is for at the end of the trailer. Given how big the map is and how good it looks, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a next gen launch game.
Though, no one but Nintendo has a console coming out any time soon and R* aren't going to dangle GTA V in front of us for 2+ years.
