Also Meltzer reported in this week's Newsletter that more signs point to Marty Scurll not signing a new deal with ROH and signing with AEW instead.

The indie group he’s working with would not be allowed generally speaking if he signed a new ROH contract, but he’d probably be able to do it for now with an AEW deal
