Well there are two ways to go here... Braun, and McGregor.
With Braun it would be the story of two undefeated streaks, culminating in one of the two holding the Universal or WWE championship, and the other winning The Rumble. The matches they have together are awesome and they would probably produce a very memorable main event. Perhaps to throw some gas on the fire they bring in Floyd as the referee.
McGregor is signed to WWE, immediately still talking shit about Floyd, Big show gets insulted by an off handed comment about their match at WM a few years ago. Connor and Show square off and start a shit talking feud that leads the Universe to DETEST Connor and love their big baby hero Big Show. Connor says there isn't enough money in this business to get him to fight but Show offers his career against Connor and says he will fight McGregor for free and that Connor can have his purse if he steps into the ring with him.
