4) Nintendo announced they will be holding a Direct-like event called Nintendo Spotlight for their E3 press conference this year. Occurs at 9AM PST on June 13th followed by Treehouse streams of several upcoming Switch and 3DS games till June 15th.

5) Update to Hasney's post about Square Enix selling IO Interactive news as IO Interactive recently commented saying they will be making an official statement at a laer date about details leading to the decision and their future. Supposedly Square Enix owes $42 million to IO Interactive as part of the breakup process.
