Doubt he's going to suffer the same way Bryan and Sasha did in terms of being injury prone.
Unlike those two, he already has hand-picked star status in the WWE and WWE rarely likes to take it away from their big stars. He's the #2 face on RAW and depending on Balor, he's either staying at #2 or becomes the top face for his return if the rumored Reigns heel turn happens.
Worst case is probably something like Sheamus. Another hand-picked star who suffered a rash of injuries but still gets treated as a big star and still gets meaningful stuff and/or main event pushes.
