My assumption was that she would take sppedballs place and become Penance but it would be much cooler after some thought for that Inhuman buddy of hers to cause it. Most likely during some gunfight with Wade's new crew who is going to be out for revenge. Revenge on Skye kills two birds with one stone (Coulson) while May's ex has a shorter life expectancey than one of OwenBrowns "I'm leaving the board and never coming back ever coming back moments".
