Despite the user name, I'm gonna need to side with Rey on this one. Jeff has had moments of brilliance, but unfortunately he squandered many years of his prime with his various drug issues over the years. Rey didn't, he was consistently excellent in the ring year in year out up until only a few years ago when his body really started betraying him.
