Maybe giving him a mouthpiece and not letting him work the mic as much like Noid said is key. It seems like a weird thing to do with a guy who is actually comfortable on the mic but maybe his style of promo is just not what you want when trying to present him the way he needs to be presented.
He's so good at talking and putting one foot in front of the other in the ring. It's weird that they present him as a heel actually. There seems to be some back-and-forth about whether or not he is actually good as a heel or not. I think some people think he gets "too cute." But given that he's got all this talent but doesn't fit expectations, you'd think he'd be a natural babyface for them.
