• Sega announced Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice for the 3DS has been delayed from its late 2015 release to now a TBA 2016 date with the official reason related to quality issues.

4) Recent US appeals court decision in regards to DMCA takedown of videos has ruled companies are now required to show some restraint or consider the "fair use" possibility of videos before issuing takedown notices. No longer are allowed to issue blanket bans or channel strikes for videos at will like and have to show some proof of the videos breaking copyright rules.
