1) ZeniMax Media is currently facing a lawsuit regarding a song called "The Wanderer" for Fallout 4's marketing campaign. Supposedly the singer's label signed off on the song without telling him of its use and ZeniMax failed to inform the singer of terms which would have allowed him to pull the song from the deal.
