Dibiase gets the nod in terms of character/gimmick and promo skills. Sting gets the nod in terms of in-ring skills, bigger stardom, more memorable moments, and also for watching a lot more of his work than Dibiase.

Agree with others about Sting being the Taker of WCW in the sense of rarely being the top star but more as being the "face" of WCW alongside Flair.
