I'm sure he was partially just fucking with his co-host a little but I think that might be how WWE plays these things.
WWE will shamelessly lie about anything to preserve want they want their image to be despite it making them look weak IMO, similar to shitty ass president who will lie about anything and everything that isn't perfect to him & for anyone with half a brain it's easy to see through, but for the rest they lap it up. & knowing that it's pretty easy to see why most pro wrestling fans have dumb asses
