From the release:

"Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp. and Impact Ventures, parent company of TNA Impact Wrestling, today announced that Anthem has provided a credit facility to TNA to fund operations.

Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp. is a global sports media company that operates Fight Network, Impact Wrestling's exclusive broadcaster in Canada, as well as exclusive worldwide digits streaming partner for all TNA programming. It is also an equity stakeholder of Impact Ventures.

The agreement includes the appointment of Anthem Executive Vice President Ed Nordholm to the Impact Ventures Board of Managers. The company will be managed by the Board with Mr. Nordholm representing the Board on all major operation and restructuring decisions. Dixie Carter will continue as Chair of the company, a well as her position on the Board of Mangers. Billy Corgan is no longer with the company" ...

Talent was told that Carter would remain on the board but would no longer be part of day-to-day operations.

What is also notable is that Corgan was supposed to be paid back his money owed with interest on Tuesday. As of today, he claimed he had not been paid yet.

"FACT: TNA was supposed to pay me two days ago, which they swore in front of a judge," wrote Corgan on Twitter. "Yesterday they asked for a day to get $ together upon which, (yesterday or today), they'd reach out directly to settle all claims. So they lied again and have used the time as a weapon."

Corgan is planning on continuing his legal battle for control of the company.

"FACT: I have still not been paid, and I'm exploring all remedies including new filings with court and converting to 36 percent equity."

The station ended up being completely discouraged by what they learnt of TNA's past dealings with networks in the U.S. when they did their research on how TNA's deals with both Spike and Destination America saw them canceled due to a mixture of poor ratings and mishandled business relationships, along with declining viewership on Challenge in the U.K. Despite this TNA told Premier Sports that they would be off Challenge and available in the U.K. in January

Obviously, Game Seven of the World Series helped hurt the ratings as they drew an audience of over 40 million.

PW Insider first reported he was finishing up with the company when his contract expired, but then we got word that instead of waiting for the contract to expire, they came to an agreement for a mutual release ...

We did hear that ACH wasn't happy it became the story it did and wished he'd never said it. But after the situation came to light, he did tell ROH officials he was frustrated in the promotion. We don't know the details of his frustrations but it's likely over his push.
According to PWI, ACH will become a free agent after December 31st.

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, here is the latest on the new WWE 205 Live show. The announcement of the show was in response to a fan survey, which asked fans about a weekly live cruiserweight show. The cruiserweight wrestlers will continue to work Monday nights on Raw and shoot angles for the Tuesday show. Cruiserweight talents will also be working NXT weekend tours so that everyone is getting enough dates. WWE has been using Drew Gulak, Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari for the division, but at this time they aren’t signed and they have not been advertised for the show.
Some new details regarding the upcoming Cruiser show. Also seems some of the guys originally brought in from the CWC tournament are getting cut or given the part time treatment soon.

Hojo will have a homecoming show in April and then also probably be leaving, although Stardom is trying to convince her to stay because losing one won't be so bad but losing both will be devastating, in particular because they have nobody at their level to elevate to take their places. The promotions' big three of late have been those two and Mayu Iwatani.

Originally WWE had projected U.S. network subscribers by this point would be 2.5 million to 3 million.

But several women have been contacted and told they are in, and dates to be available. It could also be like the cruiserweight tournament where they tape over a series of months, but the talent wasn't told that and some talent contacted have dates on overseas tours they have to get rearranged if they are to be in the tournament.
