2) According to reports, Vivendi Entertainment has ramped up efforts at a hostile ownership takeover of both Ubisoft and Gameloft to the point Ubisoft has become deeply worried. At the moment, Vivendi currently owns more stock than Ubisoft's founders (15% vs 9%), Ubisoft rejected two recent offers for Gameloft (highest being $663 million), and Ubisoft is scrambling to find new investors to fight off the attempts.

3) Newest Nintendo NX rumors includes the controller featuring advanced feedback support, console architecture is very close to the PS4 and Xbox One while dev kits allow almost zero work needed for porting games, and is heavily influenced by mobile gaming for social media support.
