The show averaged 2.888 million viewers, a four percent increase over last week and 12 percent higher than two weeks ago.

The only shows to beat this number were the Superstar Shakeup episode from April 11th of last year and the initial draft special in July 2016 ...

SmackDown was also up nine percent from the same week last year, the third time in the last four weeks the show was up year-over-year.
Getting out of their long holding pattern and actually building things to Mania has started to pay off for Smackdown.

I was in the Bahrain Comic Con the last two days, and we did Q&As, and at each one, somebody asked me about that. They said, ‘are you going to be at All In’? I’m not. I don’t know what to tell you. But yeah, my contract is up September 1st.”

Chris Charlton noted that Sabre will be the first British-born wrestler to challenge for the IWGP Heavyweight title since William Regal in 1995.

The post-New Japan Cup press conference will be taking place at 11 p.m. Eastern tonight, likely to announce the rest of the card for Sunday’s Strong Style Evolved show in Long Beach and the lineup for Sakura Genesis.

Dragon Gate will be launching a streaming service on April 1st. It will have a tiered pricing system, with there being a cheaper option for just the archives.

ROH uploaded Mayu Iwatani vs. HZK from the first round of the Women of Honor Championship tournament on YouTube. The match took place in Japan for Stardom.

MLW moved their show that was originally scheduled for May 10th to May 3rd in order to not conflict with NXT’s TV tapings.
