Most damaging stuff revealed so far involves WWE's doctor possibly violating medical rules and could be risking his license. Also the blunder of him only going after emotional damages instead of libel damages while admitting he hasn't been affected rep-wise or emotional wise from Punk's claims.
Worst thing from Punk's side so far was discrepancies in the size of the cyst and issues with how the Rumble match occurred.

Interesting. I haven't really kept up with this case.
Because defamation (libel and slander) requires a false statement of fact, this could mean, at least potentially, that nothing Punk said about the doctor or what the doctor did was false.
Or it could be that the doctor or his attorney(s) simply chose not file a defamation claim, for whatever reason. That's possible, but seems unlikely if Punk publicly lied about the doctor.
