Casting from a phone or tablet is easier though.
I had to download the player app on my phone and then cast to my roku because for whatever reason the video quality casting straight to my smart tv sucks balls compared to via my roku. Why I have a Roku hooked up to a smart tv is because Samsungs smart tv apps sucks balls too. I have a chromecast but its hooked up to my other tv which isn't smart, I probably have things backwards.
