JDM fucking stinks and has essentially ruined the show with his bad acting. That part should have gone to someone with maybe an ounce or two of charisma...just to make the character you know...make sense. Now it's completely unrealistic to think anybody would stick with Negan let alone join him in the first place because there is no evidence of him being a good protector or even a nice guy to be around.
