My thing about the statement is its just his opinion, that the booking style prevents stars from being created. But there's no evidence to back the claim and its presented as a reflection of what the audience thinks. But there's no such evidence.

No evidence? He listed all the jobs that champions did on TV. Your comparison to salary cap in sports is laughable. Yeah that's the point of it but does it keep everyone average, no. If that was the case the NFL would be full of 8-8 teams. I get what your trying to say but it doesn't compare like you think.
