Aroluxe takes a secondary ownership stake of 10%, setting up their own CEO Jason Brown as the CEO of Impact Ventures for at least three years. Dixie Carter retains a small ownership stake at 5%. Anthem would then fund the company going forward and for the short-term, the company would tape TV 3-4 times a year and that would be it.

What will be interesting to follow is this: if Corgan ends up out, that's the exit of someone who was extremely well liked within the locker room while Carter would remain in some capacity. Corgan had a lot of communication with the talents in comparison to the other parties involved in current ownership, including Dixie Carter, and was seen as a babyface in the scenario by a lot of (but not all) of the wrestlers. If Carter retains her power, going forward, she then has to deal with the fact that she told the locker room she would not let WWE buy the company, when court documents revealed that not only was she willing to let that happen, but there were talks of a sale all the way back to June of this year. Just a few days before her locker room talk, WWE submitted a non-binding offer to purchase the company's library and assets - which means that unless WWE was going to take all the talents (we are told by a WWE source that they believe that was not the case), everyone involved would have been out of a job. Carter told talents on 10/3 she wasn't letting a sale happen. On 9/25, Dean Broadhead was sending WWE documentation that was requested to help WWE follow through with due dilligence. That is quite the bridge Carter is going to have to mend with the locker room.

Lesley Floyd, a lawyer in the state of Tennessee, cited to Fightful.com Tennessee Code Ann. 45-151-1005, which she says could very well destroy Corgan's case. According to this, you're not able to make a title pledge loan in the state of Tennessee without being registered. Corgan isn't registered, and it very well could ruin the case for him.

Floyd notes that unless Corgan got licensed under an entity name, it's quite possible that he could walk away with nothing. That statute that Floyd cites could mean that he also may have forfeited the rights to repayment from Dixie Carter and TNA as well.

Chancellor Hobbs Lyle will rule on the matter Monday, but TNA has a bevy of lawsuits to handle outside of Corgan's.

A new 10-Q filing from WWE shows that a "wrestling contract extension" between WWE and Stephanie McMahon was recently signed.

The contract extension will see Stephanie stay with the company at least through October 7th, 2019. The deal will then be extended yearly until either party gives a 90-day notice prior to the termination date.

The episode will follow the 11/19 Takeover: Toronto special and will mark the first time NXT, in its current incarnation, has been taped at a WWE TV taping, as opposed to its own tapings.

AAA is already losing a ton of talent.
Might have been fired from just AAA but gets to stay or finish whatever commitments he has with Lucha Underground. Fenix is another who left AAA but got to stay on LU although rumored he might have to leave LU as well due to some demands AAA recently made.

Dates for the tapings had been moved because TNA claimed they couldn’t book travel due to the restraining order by Billy Corgan. The restraining order regarded selling assets, not locking them up from booking travel for a taping, so this sounds like one of those TNA excuses. One person close to the situation regarding the Hardy tapings noted to us that they have no idea what is and isn’t real because both sides are trying to sell everyone on their particular spin, and it’s maddening.

He then wrote that they still needed to test his eye medication and foot cream.

The problem is, when Lesnar filled out his medical form on if he was taking any medication prior to his fight with Mark Hunt, actual question being “any medication, drug, cream, inhalant, intravenous infusions, or injection, whether prescription, over-the-counter, from anyone or anyplace, in the last month,” Lesnar responded, “No.” Right there alone could be viewed as lying on his commission medical form, which is a suspendable violation if he was taking something, since the medical forms are considered legal documents, which would add a new count against him. Lesnar did claim to be using multivitamins, creatine and protein powder when asked what nutritional supplements he had been using.

Lesnar remains on the temporary suspended list meaning in the states that do license pro wrestlers, Lesnar would not be allowed to perform, and he’s facing potential suspensions from both USADA (which wouldn’t apply to pro wrestling in his case because contractually he’s exempt from the company’s Wellness policy, although as the Billy Gunn precedent showed, if it was someone else, they could suspend or fire him for the positive test) and separate discipline from Nevada (which would be a suspension from pro wrestling in every state that still licenses pro wrestlers, which isn’t many and Lesnar doesn’t wrestle many matches so it’s may not come into play at all).
