Seems very likely that will happen or else wouldn't have put those two in the same block and waste the third match on something meaningless.
Possible Omega and Okada could lose a match beforehand but still have their match act as the big tiebreaker for the group.
If Omega wins the match, might end up like last time when the champ was in the G1 and Omega gets a future title shot without having to win the G1 itself.
