Going to say no. He's not terrible but he's also not that good for someone meant to be the next mega star in the WWE.

Biggest problem is the WWE pretty much skipped the midcard phase/years of his star building which is arguably the most importance phase. Them also trying to force the already tired Super Cena persona for his character and the lack of development with his promo skills have just made things worse for him.

In terms of ring skills, he's not bad but him spamming the Superman punch exposes how limited he is since its his fallback move whenever he doesn't know what to do next. Same for almost every big match has to involve a table spot since its his fallback for getting the crowd to pop.
