World Wrestling Entertainment scored the final victory today in the United States District Court of Connecticut when Judge Vanessa L. Bryant officially dismissed the remaining two counts from the original lawsuit filed by former WWE performers regarding the company's alleged lack of protection when it came to performers' health, specifically concussions, CTE and other brain-trauma related injuries.

Although several the allegations against the company had been previously thrown out by the court, there was one allegation that had been ruled as being able to go forward. That charge, brought by Vito LoGrasso and former WWE developmental talent Evan Singleton, was a claim for fraud by omission. The claim was allowed specifically because they had alleged that in 2005, WWE "became aware of and failed to disclose to its wrestlers’ information concerning a link between repeated head trauma and permanent degenerative neurological conditions."

Since WWE had created the Wellness Policy and Lograsso and Singleton had wrestled during that period, the court ruled it was within reason that there was a possibility that WWE had a "greater knowledge" of the dangers via information cultivated via Wellness Policy data. So, the court allowed that aspect of the case to move forward so the matter can be determined.

In a 21-page ruling, Judge Bryant threw those final counts against WWE out, writing, "After careful consideration of the evidence in the light most favorable to the Plaintiffs, the Court has determined that the evidence does not support a finding that WWE knew of a risk that repeated head injuries incurred while performing as a professional wrestler could cause permanent degenerative neurological conditions prior to September 5, 2007."

Set for the MLW TV taping on 4/12 in Orlando is Matt Riddle vs. Shane Strickland to determine the MLW champion, Rey Fenix vs. Penta 0M, Low Ki vs. the debuting Matt Sydal, Joey Janela & Sami Callihan vs. Jimmy Havoc & Darby Allin in a "Bogus Adventure" Match, plus Tom Lawlor, MVP, Mike Parrow, Santana Garrett and more.

MLW: Fusion will debut on BeIN Sports on Friday 4/20 at 8 PM EST.

Sytch, 45-years old had been arrested and charged with DUI twice this year in Jersey while on probation for several charges in Pennsylvania, including three separate 2015 DUI arrests. She failed to appear in court to answer either of the Jersey cases, leading to her arrest on 2/27 in Aberdeen Township, New Jersey. While she was being processed for multiple charges of Contempt - Disobedience/resistance, it was learned that Sytch was technically a fugitive from justice because a motion had been filed in August 2017 in Pennsylvania, requesting her February 2017 parole from the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania be revoked. A bench warrant for her arrest was issued in order to bring her in for a hearing over the issue, but since Sytch was not living in PA at the time, she could not be located to be served or taken into custody.

Sytch's Pennsylvania DUI charges in 2015 were a result of three separate incidents over that summer.

The promotion sent out a note on Wednesday that their final three shows at the 400-seat American Legion Post will take place April 20th and 21st and May 25th.

Reseda has been home base to the promotion for the past decade, outgrowing the venue years ago but showing an unwillingness to compromise the live atmosphere the venue provided, making PWG one of the hardest tickets to come by in professional wrestling. Tickets have escalated to $80 general admission and $100 for front row seats.
