WWE announced today that Garcia will be the guest ring announcer for the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal on April 8th. Dr. Robert Cantu, who was one of the experts that saw Daniel Bryan on his road to being cleared to return to the ring by WWE, has elaborated on his evaluation of Bryan.
“I evaluated Bryan for a neurological opinion on return to WWE on February 26, 2018. Included in his medical records were multiple evaluations by renowned concussion clinicians,” Cantu wrote in an email to Newsweek.
“I determined that Bryan is currently asymptomatic, has a normal detailed neurological and cognitive neuropsychological examination, normal EEG, and an MRI that showed no definite evidence of a prior brain injury. It is my medical opinion that there is no absolute contraindication to his return to in-ring action in WWE."
When announcing that Bryan had been medically cleared, WWE cited Cantu, Dr. Javier Cárdenas, and Dr. Jeffrey Kutcher as three leaders in their field who had cleared Bryan before he was given the okay by Dr. Joseph Maroon.
Cantu is a co-founder of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, as well as the CTE Center at the Boston University School of Medicine. He's also the medical director and director of medical research at his own concussion center at Emerson Hospital in Concord, Massachusetts and consults with teams in the NFL, NBA, and NHL.

Penta El Zero M and his brother Rey Fenix became the most recent names announced for the show last night. Whether they'll be teaming together as the Lucha Brothers or not has yet to be revealed.
They join Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, "Arrow" star Stephen Amell, and Tessa Blanchard as people who have been confirmed for All In.
The show is being self-financed by Cody and Matt & Nick Jackson and will take place at the Sears Centre Arena in the Chicago area on September 1st. Cody tweeted earlier this week that he expects May is the earliest that tickets will go on sale.

WWE announced today that Holly will be inducting Ivory into the company's Hall of Fame over WrestleMania week. Holly last appeared as a surprise entrant in the women's Royal Rumble match in January, coming in at number 12 before being eliminated by Michelle McCool.

After making appearances at a couple of events last week, War Machine wrestled in their first match for WWE at last night's NXT house show in Jacksonville, Florida.
Hanson & Rowe took on Cezar Bononi & Adrian Jaoude, telling them "first we're going to shake your hand, then we're going to kick your ass" and then getting the win. Though their names could still be changed when they debut on television, they were announced as "Hanson & Rowe, War Machine."
WWE announced that War Machine had signed in January, with them reporting to the company in the same class as Ricochet and Candice LeRae. Hanson & Rowe were shown on camera sitting in the front row at TakeOver: Philadelphia, but they've yet to be featured on an NXT TV taping.

Kirk White's Big Time Wrestling in California will be promoting two events themed for Impact Wrestling this weekend, tonight in Newark, CA and tomorrow, Saturday 3/24 in Salinas, CA with Impact champion Austin Aries, Alberto el Patron, Moose, LAX, Eli Drake, Eddie Edwards, Trevor Lee, Taya, Rosemary and Brian Cage announced. Impact will film a One Night Only event over the course of the weekend.
Interesting to note Brian Cage is advertised for both Impact and Tommy Dreamer's House of Hardcore this weekend, and they are on opposite coasts.
Since announcing the Lucha Underground vs. Impact Wrestling theme, the 4/6 Impact event has moved tickets at such a rate, an advance sellout of likely for Wrestlecon event.
Impact plans to stream 12 hours of live programming per day from Wrestlecon in New Orleans over Wrestlemania weekend.
The promotion had to scramble this week to get Josh Mathews and Sonjay Dutt out of the path of the latest Noreaster to his the Eastern seaboard of the United States so they could get to Nashville to do voiceovers for the next two Impact episodes.
Last night's Impact episode was the final appearance of EC3, obviously.
