Going to say no. For her to be in Hogan or Austin tier territory, she would need to be the type you can build a company around and don't see it happening. She has the possibility of being their biggest ever female star but right now she is more of a "special attraction" type than mega star type.
Main reason is she hasn't dealt with the attrition of WWE's terrible booking and WWE needs big fundamental changes made so a woman can become a legit "face" of the company.
