Jim Kelly's cancer has returned. Sucks. Hope he can pull through. Local Hero.

Lots of bad stories about him but the 5 or so times ive met him or been around him hes been great. Think his retirement and sons death really turned him around.

Seriously gotta feel for him. Career grinder that lost 4 superbowls, retired early due to head trauma, finally had the son he had been trying for only to find out he had a fatal disease and wasnt expected to live more than a year. Finally lost his son at age 8. Had his jaw worked on for surgery and now its back, have to think hes going to lose parts of his Jaw. He does so much great work with universal child screening.

Still remember going to see him go into the hall. Cried my fucking eyes out. Best speech ever. The parts with his kids kill me to this day.
