Cole is what you call "cultured and molded" talent. He has no personality that is his own creatiion, he does whatever the higher echelon tell him to do and says what they feed him in his ear. He has no ability to go off the cuff and call it as its happening. They need to just go back to two announcers on each show. I would love to see Corey Graves and Tom Phillips call Raw and Mauro Ranallo and Booker T call Smackdown.
I wish they would go back to having two announcers per show, and maybe use a third only for PPV. Always seems "crowded" and like everyone is trying to "get his stuff in" or something.
