It's not just the writing and booking (though that is the biggest problem). I'd also cut a lot of the dead weight in terms of the talent who are okay just being in WWE and don't care what they do as long as they get paid and are put on the show in some capacity. A lot of wasted talent and potential on the roster because some talent simply don't care and/or don't have the balls to pull an Austin, Punk, HBK, Heyman, Kurt, Jericho, Rock, Taker, and tell the folks in charge what's up.
