2) According to Nintendo, a batch of Switch consoles were recently stolen from one of their US distributors which is how footage of menus and other features were able to be leaked online. The person from NeoGAF who leaked the stuff ended up sending his console back to Nintendo and implied a deal was made to not be involved with the legal mess of the situation.
