I still think WWE is going to botch this, but with this being on Matt's channel and even Senor Bejamin references, maybe they have just said to Matt "Ah fuck it, go nuts". I shall follow this and give it a fair shot. I'm interested enough to watch it, which is more than I can say for anything else WWE is currently doing. Even for the people that don't like the gimmick, if it results in Reby on TV, it's a win for everyone. |
Vince will be scripting Broken promos before all is said and done.

Wonder what will happen to Jeff when he comes back. The "easy" answer is he'll come back, wonder why Matt's lost it, and feud. But I feel like people don't really want to see the Hardys feud again.
Instead I'd bring him back as Brother Nero. Give the Broken Hardys a run for a few months. Then I guess after Mania you can send Jeff over to SmackDown in the Draft/Shake Up and he'll normalize and get a main event run there. |

They should have saved the Woken name for when he snaps out of being Broken but isn't back to being regular Matt yet.

He did do something similar with the amnesia part of the Broken storyline in Impact where he wasn't Broken nor regular Matt for a few weeks.
