Just finished Assassins Creed. Pretty horrible game tbh, especially the end "sequence", mainly because the combat system is ballsacks, but also it then took me 5 minutes of going "what do you actually want me to do here?" while aimlessly looking at gibberish on the floor before I looked at the right thing and the credits kicked in. Worst game I've played since Dirge of Cerberus.

starting deadrising 2, anyone played it?

If I beat Persona 2: Eternal Punishment this week, I will be the happiest man alive. Had to spend three or hour hours grinding to beat a couple of bosses yesterday. Stupid JRPGs with stupid difficulty spikes.

With Innocent Sin, I've logged 120 hours on this ridiculous storyline involving Japanese high-schoolers combating typical high school problems while trying to overcome the end of the world and the return of Hitler.

2 and Brotherhood are so much better. AC1 is horrible. I would play at least the 2nd before giving up on AC.

I got the Zombrex Edition yesterday, but I already played it back when it came out.

Glad to hear that, only reason I forced myself to finish it was so I'd be up to speed on the story. Don't intend of playing AC2 anytime soon though, awful memories of the first game are still fresh.

Now I thought it was the other way. I loved the first one, but can't really find the fun in 2. My brother was the same way, he said 2 picks up around half way, but I just left the first city and haven't found myself wanting to finish it.

Alternating between Gears 3 Beta, both Duke Nukems from Live Arcade, and spectacularly failing at trying to complete the gold "Boneyard Challenge" time achievement for WET.

All the ones i mentioned before still + PDC Darts World championship 2010. Great game, for darts fans like myself anyway.

Just got Dragon Age 2, about 7-8 hours in, so many sidequests to do.

Really like the new combat changes.

Also, I have been playing original Everquest recently since they relaunched the classic servers. Its fun, if it ever comes back online.

I'm about 35 hours in, Dragon Age II is MOSTLY sidequests. Not that that's a bad thing necessarily...the storytelling isn't your traditional point-a-to-point-b narrative, but it works.

Playing through God of War HD Collection. Lots of boobs, blood and button mashing. The three magic Bs.

Play it on Titan mode (or God mode for the first) and you'll find the button mashing disappears, and you have to be a lot more precise in what you do.

Never did beat Titan mode in GoW2. It crushed our souls.

i have that collection too, but i got stuck on ares in gow1 and havent played it since. this was last summer

Anyone help me here. the magazines in deadrising 2, do you keep them on your person or read and discard?

Just recieved a copy of Atelier Rorona, probably going to play it alongside GoW2. Bipolar gaming experience.

If its harder than Challenge of the Gods I'm not even going to attempt it. I'm failing miserably at that mode right now.

Ares isn't that bad if you just do L1 + Square with the blades of Chaos mixed in with some Poseiden's Rage. Thought the Guardian was harder.

Beat both God of Wars in the HD Collection and am currently working on Challenge of the Titans. I thought Challenge of the Gods was hard but this shit is ridic.

Really like Atelier Rorona too, I was expecting to be disappointed since it's essentially an alchemy game but it's so addictive and I keep hitting my deadlines before I even do everything I wanted to. Pretty great in a whimsical oddball Japanesey way.

Playing Portal 2 at the moment. Fucking amazing. Want to keep playing and playing. Don't get that feeling that often anymore with games.
