Great idea and great category to start off with. Wrestling managers are something that is lacking in wrestling today. Enzo would be a great manager I feel. Might take a while to get these first round vite in though.

Yeah wa fixing to list which is what might have taken a while.

I felt even more than that. Alot are pretty even and need some thinking. There are some that are pretty easy though.

The one I'm having trouble with most is actually Zeb Colter vs. Trish Stratus, lol. Like, Colter is great at talking...but Trish Stratus...

Theres only a couple people on that entire list that I MIGHT pick over Jimmy Hart, honestly. And it would be a HARD choice.

Agree that some are left out of this greatest manager category while there are some questionable entries as well but also recongize this is just part 1 of the qualifying round. Any way some of the compelling matchups for me were Steph vs Sherri, JJ Dillon vs Truth Martini, Colter vs Trish, Teddy vs Vickie, and Estrada vs Race. I ended up going with Steph, Dillon, Colter, Vickie, and Estrada.

Yea Teddy vs Vickie was a tough one for me, as was Estrada vs Race.

Fuck you, Seen way more Baby Doll than I did Lou Albino. Couldn't rightfully vote for him.

I'm surprised how close Mr. Fuji vs Slick is, tbh. Mr. Fuji was the shiznittttteeee.

I really love Slick. Just think Mr. Fuji is a lot more significant and got a lot more heat.

The most toughest for me were Steph vs Sherri, Dillon vs Truth, and Colter vs Trish. I chose Steph over Sherri just because she was involved in alot bigger storylines and obviously a bigger part of the individual
Industry, Sherri was great though.Dillon vs Truth was only hard because I'm a big fan of Truth Martini and think he's one of the best modern day managers, Dillon is the obvious choice though. Would have loved to see Truth in a better matchup really. Colter vs Trish wasn't all that hard as I took Colters previous work as a manager under a different name into the equation as well and he clearly comes out on top. Trish is hot though and the only thing good about T&A.

I'd say alot of it has to do with lack of really seeing him. The name and face look familiar but nothing that really sticks out to me. Granted I'm younger than most on here and just haven't seen alot that happened before other than what I've personally looked up on the Network.

I've probably seen more of Onoo live but it just didn't stick out to me. Sullivan resurfacing in ROH recently though made me look him up and watch a bit of him and he just seems more interesting to me than Onoo.

Kevin Sullivan is amazing. That's why.

Plus, Fuji managed Demolition and Yokozuna to tag and world title gold respectively. Slick was sort of a jobber manager

Also, The Grand Wizard better be in the second round of polls.

What do you consider him "managing"? He's really not a manager to begin with. He was great with the New Guinea Headhunters in Continental, his stuff with the Varsity Club and his Florida stuff.

I dunno, I think Debra was good for what she was. They had similar managerial tactics. Debra's clients at least saw a slight modicum of success.

There's a lot of heavy-hitters in the second half. At a certain point it became impossible just booking squashes.

On a side note: I actually liked Oscar for what he was.
